TrendLife Magazine #3CountiesBloggersMeet

Blogging has a lot of perks (though it is also both demanding and unrelenting in its desire for new content) and one of these perks is the occasional bloggers meet up. It is so lovely to get invited to meet like minded people this way and have an opportunity to spend an afternoon or an evening with them discussing our passion for passing the time.

Last Saturday I was invited to take part in #3CountiesBloggersMeet organized by TrendLife Magazine in Milton Keynes. It was a lovely few hours spent in company of fellow bloggers.

We met up in the Milton Keynes shopping centre and the first stage on our agenda was an ice-cream tasting 🙂 yummy…

After we gorged ourselves on tasty cooling ice-creams it was time to make our way to The Casino, where the main venue was held. We had one of the bars at our disposal. Perfect spot for a blogger meet; quiet and spacious, so we could chat without sitting one on top of another.

We were treated to some hot snack platters – they did look lovely and the food was surprisingly tasty.

TrendLife Magazine had some samples for us to look at – there was lots of make-up, bags, accessories and some pieces of clothing. The make-up was the most popular and we did make quite a mess with it…

Next we had a swap-shop on the agenda. I actually had been planning to take some product to share with the girls but in the end I couldn’t as my sample parcel didn’t arrive in time so I had nothing to share… I did however get a lovely deep red nail polish – Bourjois 24 Rouge Escarping – which I am very happy about.

The gem item of the meet was a beautiful handbag from Hidee, truly stunning, but with a price tag of £550 a bit out of my price range 🙁

And to finish our lovely afternoon we were all given a goodies bag to take home. Have a look what was in mine…

For their first ever blogger meet up the Lifestyle Magazine did a good job. I am excited about the future meet ups as they grow in experience.

Thank you for inviting me in and let’s hope for many more in the future.

      1. Not convinced … *all worried* is blogging evidence of a female side coming out? By far the most bloggers I met at what we called MOBS (Meet Other Bloggers) were female!

  1. Looks like you had a lovely time, I have only been to one blogging meet up, and I definitely want to go to more!
